What we collect
We collect only what you type into the forms on this site: your first name, last name, phone number, optional email address, the type of care you are asking about, and anything you choose to write in the free-text message box. We do not ask for medical conditions, diagnoses, or any other health information through this website, and we ask that you do not send them to us this way.
If you email us or call us, we keep the contact details and the content of that message.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to care enquiries and job enquiries, and to schedule a free assessment or an interview. That is all.
How form submissions reach us
When you submit a form on this website, it is written directly into a private spreadsheet that Marvallous Home Care owns and controls, and an alert is emailed to our office. The spreadsheet is hosted on Google Workspace, which acts only as our storage provider — it does not use your information for advertising and does not sell it. No other company receives your submission, and the website itself stores nothing on your device.
Access to that spreadsheet is limited to Marvallous staff who handle intake and hiring.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking

How long we keep enquiries
Enquiries that do not become client or employment relationships are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records tied to a client relationship are kept as required by Florida law and our record retention obligations.
Requesting deletion
To ask us to delete the information you submitted, email [email protected] and tell us which phone number or email address to remove.
HIPAA
Information you share with us as a client is also protected health information under HIPAA and is covered by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at the start of service. This website policy covers only the information collected through this website.
